Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Pharmacy Operations and Marketing - #1090276

What you'll be doing

• Optimise inventory management and procurement to ensure efficient stock levels and regulatory compliance
• Streamline workflows across departments to enhance Retail Pharmacy operations
• Support IT and infrastructure projects to improve operational efficiency
• Develop and execute marketing plans for Retail Pharmacy and clinical areas
• Assist in business planning and performance analysis to drive pharmacy growth
• Provide marketing support, including promotional and patient education materials
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage projects, track milestones, and collaborate with stakeholders for successful implementation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Public Health/ Healthcare or related studies
• 4 - 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably with marketing/ healthcare/ project management background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise workflows and processes
• Proficiency in marketing strategies, business planning, and market research
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
