Project Sales Executive - #1090271

Responsibilities:

• Report to Sales Director;
• Fully responsible for the sales-related activities and their delivery at the office and on-site;
• Responsible for the implementation of sales and marketing strategies;
• Responsible for achieving allocated sales target;
• Submit monthly reports to the management.

Requirements:

· Negotiation;

· Sales and Marketing Knowledge;

· Ability to work under pressure and a strong sense of commitment;

· At least 1-2 years of selling experience;

· Preferably with sales experience in the construction industry;

· Minimum tertiary/diploma qualifications;

· Willing to travel

· Computer Literate;

· With good ability in handling developers, designers and contractors, and key accounts.
