Responsibilities:

• To assist the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive.
• Prepare and organize the Pre HAWB including cargo labels and sorting of documents.
• Send pre-alert notifications to the overseas office and customers prior to flight departure.
• Perform job registration using the company's Freight Management System.
• Follow and comply with specific handling instructions, especially for urgent cargo.
• Ensure export cargoes are lodged in before the latest acceptance time (LAT).

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
