(Night Shift) Senior Logistics Assistant / Supervisor, Changi - #1090252

Responsibilities :

• Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to the team, ensuring clear understanding of expectations, including for new hires.
• Assign tasks based on daily resource planning provided by Second Line Leadership.
• Monitor team and individual performance.
• Track errors and damages at an individual level and address them during performance reviews.
• Support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Perform daily warehouse duties, such as inbound (break-bulk, re-packaging), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling, and general housekeeping.
• Conduct basic stocktaking and inventory checks, as well as data entry into the warehouse management system.
• Maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) to comply with standard operating procedures and EHS rules and regulations (if applicable).
• Perform any additional tasks related to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries or resolve issues.
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and develop or refine work procedures and practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse, with minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor leading a small team
• Can do, passion and right first time attitude
• Results-driven, strong ability to drive performance standards within the team
• Ability to manage change processes and deliver results under stress
• Coaching and active listening skills
• Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Work independently without direct supervision
