Quality Engineer (Mfg / Precision Engineering) - #1090244

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with Program Manager, Sales/ Marketing, Engineering and Production in FA requirements.
• Create New Quality Control Plan, CMM Inspection Program and VMI Inspection Program for all new products.
• Provide new product training to all QC Staff.
• Coordinate Customer Return Investigation with Sales, Production and Engineering.
• Responsible for Customer Quality portals and online FAIR submission.  
• Monitor First Article/ New Product Introduction First Pass Matrix and Cycle Time.
• To drive and manage FA/NPI Continual improvement activities. 
• Monitor Customer Return Closure Cycle Time and DPPM.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 
• 3-5 years of work experience in QA/ QC/ Engineering/ Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge/ work experience in GD&T, First Articles, CMM, QMS/EMS preferred.
• Problem solving/ Proficient with computers and in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills/ good interpersonal skills/ Team building and team participation.

Other information:

• Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Location : Changi North
• Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
