Location: East

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm

Salary: Up to $6500 per month

Job Description:

• Manage customer cases & inquiries related to rewards redemption 
• Devise and run campaigns for Rewards program 
• Conduct sanity checks for API integrations and technology cutovers  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards for rewards program, tracking key metrics such as redemption rates and program ROI.  
• Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams 
• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned  

Requirements:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience 
• 1 or 2 years of banking experience preferred  
• Ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures 
• Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments 
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
