Compliance Engineer (RoHS, REACH, RBA, Conflict Minerals) - #1090240

Responsibilities:

• Review customers' regulatory requirements and conduct compliance review such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, etc
  Work with Engineering to obtain BOM. Coordinate with SCM to gather regulatory declaration/ compliance letter from suppliers to ensure material used comply with regulatory requirements
• Review compliance verification on collected declarations and provide compliance letter to customers to ensure our products meets customer requirements.
• Gather compliance documentation on first buy / FA, review and file records.
• Perform updating on new compliances / changes, work with team on gathering declaration updates and filing records.
• Review and conduct regulatory documentation updating exercise every 2 years or upon customer's request.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quality Management /Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Possess Internal Quality Audit training certificate in ISO 90001 and 13485 will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in Quality Management, preferably with similar working experience in regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and preferably has performed Internal Quality Audit.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills/good interpersonal skills.

• Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Location : Changi North
• Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
