Manufacturing Engineer (CEM/ Precision Engineering) - #1090239

Manufacturing / Product / Process Engineers 

Responsibilities: 

• NPI project kick start. 
• PF/PCP/FMEA, production layout creation and update.
• Ensure OMS creation and release on time.
• Production improvement program (Process/time/control/cost down).
• Design Jig & Fixture to aid production integration/testing.
• Hands-on assembly & testing on modules.
• Participate in MRB – Material Review Board, advise production on acceptance/rejection.
• Support QA on technical advice.
• Assist in resolving technical issue and liaising with customer for closure.
• Able to work in cleanroom and travel overseas when required.

               Requirements: 

• Proficient in MS Office - Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Familiar with SolidWorks.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical knowledge.
• Understand complex BOM structure.
• Able to read mechanical drawing and some understanding on GD&T.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Contract Equipment Mfg / Precision Engineering environment.

• Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Location : Changi North
• Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
