• UP $5000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Debt Recovery and Credit Management: Responsible for collecting outstanding debts, evaluating new credit requests, and monitor overdue accounts through communication methods such as calls, emails, and client visits. 
• Sales Order and Invoicing: Manage the approval process for sales orders under credit approval, handle monthly reconciliation of invoices, and is familiar with supermarket invoicing and portals (e.g., Cold Storage, Fairprice, Prime Supermarket).
• Financial Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform payment reconciliation between Stripes and the ERP system, generates statements of accounts, and reviews customer refund requests in line with company SOP.
• Support and Process Improvement: Participate in audits and stock-takes, resolves account inquiries, set up sales rebates in SAP, and handles the journal entry for bad debt write-offs.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
• Min. 4 years of Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Experience
• Possess knowledge in Supermarket Invoicing will be an added advantage 
• Possess knowledge in SAP Hana 4 and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
