Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Production Coordinator to support production planning and scheduling activities. This role involves assisting in the coordination of daily food production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining production timelines. The successful candidate must be comfortable working on-site in the factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling food production activities to meet demand and operational targets.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and raw material availability to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Communicate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to optimize production efficiency.
• Support the tracking of production progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies in production processes.
• Perform on-site factory visits to oversee production activities and address operational issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production coordination, planning, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Proficiency in production planning software or Microsoft Office tools.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams.
• Willingness to be hands-on and work on-site at the production facility.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
