The Program Manager will take a lead role in ensuring the successful implementation of the trade-in program within selected resellers, including driving the roadmap and successful onboarding. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of organizational maturity, an eagerness to challenge the status quo, and a passion for delivering a best-in-class experience to external and internal customers. Project management skills and a talent for working collaboratively across multiple teams are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with local and regional business teams to successfully implement the trade-in program within resellers.
  • Familiarize yourself with the program's implementation playbook and leverage it to define the approach for each partner, while proposing relevant improvements.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the program.
  • Define and execute implementation plans with selected partners.
  • Brief partners on recommended processes and trade-in solutions.
  • Work with partners to help implement new processes and solutions.
  • Identify and escalate program challenges and risks.
  • Schedule and host program update committees.
  • Provide regular program updates to Sales leadership.
  • Engage with the global team for technical support on system solutions.
  • Act as the first key point of contact for support with local teams.

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of experience as a project manager in large corporations. Experience with international projects preferred.
  • Experience with system implementation. Some programming experience preferred.
  • Experience in the retail industry, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
  • Experience with affordability programs such as financing and trade-in.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and open working style, with the ability to establish and maintain trust and credibility.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority.
  • Capacity to extract, collate, and present information cohesively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated individual, thriving in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of process documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Omnigraffle, Visio) and project management software (e.g., Wrike).
