Product / Business Analyst - #1090219

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our FSI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software design and development, with additional experience in AI products being highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the full product lifecycle for financial software solutions, from conceptualization through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch
2. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify product requirements and develop product roadmaps
3. Conduct market research, analyze competitor products, and propose innovative product strategies
4. Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements
5. Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
6. Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously optimize and improve products
7. Evaluate and integrate AI technologies into products to enhance user experience and functionality

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2. 5+ years of product management or business analysis experience in the financial industry
3. In-depth understanding of financial industry business processes, regulations, and market trends
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and project management abilities
6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in AI or machine learning product development
2. Track record of innovative FinTech projects
3. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or financial industry professional qualifications
