• We are Japanese manufacturer for exhaust gas abatement system. Our customers are semiconductor, solar cell, LCD, chemical, printing, petrochemical, air pollution emitter companies.

Job Description

• Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in Southeast Asia countries)
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
• Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan in Japanese or Chinese and with customers in English or Chinese.
• Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
• Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
• Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
• Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
• Customer entertainment may require.
• Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.

Requirements

• Min. diploma in Business or degree holder
• Fluent Japanese speaking and writing is required, JLPT N2 and above (to liaise with Japan HQ)
• Responsible and Independent.
• Positive thinker and self-motivation.
• Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and power Point.
