We are looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving organic search strategics. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website. You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure our content is optimized for search engines and aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-page and off-page audits to assess client sites.
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Keyword research to identify high-value search terms and integrate them into content, meta data and web pages.
- Implement SEO Strategies: Ensure proper setup of XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and other critical elements that affect crawling and indexing. Optimize web pages for search engines by improving content, headings, titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking structures.
- Link Building: Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings, ensuring ethical and sustainable link practices. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external sites to drive backlinking and improve SEO rankings.
- Create SEO rich content such as skyscraper and blog articles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as keyword rankings, DA, website traffic, page speed, clickthrough rate, bounce rate, conversions, etc. Prepare monthly performance reports, end-campaign reports, present key insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay on top of the latest industry trends to work with the Business Development Team to inform and educate clients.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO implementation experience, preferably in a creative or digital marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, new SEO tools and best white hat practices.
- Good command of English language and able to create relevant, engaging and effective content.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
