Job Description:

• Maintain full sets of account and prepare monthly management report, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and supporting schedules.
• Manage all Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and intercompany activities.
• Generate daily cash flow reports for informed financial decision-making.
• Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings.
• Compile weekly sales performance reports for management review.
• Assist with inquiries and requests from auditors and tax agents.
• Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with the finance team in developing and maintaining annual and quarterly budgets.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
