Responsibilities:
1. Mandatory Reporting & Compliance (ECA, WEMP, GHG, etc.)
- Prepare and submit Energy Management System (EnMS) reports.
- Ensure compliance with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for water-cooled chilled water systems.
- Update and submit the Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan (EEIP) and Energy Reports as per regulatory requirements.
- Conduct annual energy reviews and support ISO50001 certification processes.
- Monitor and report water usage including recycling and reuse systems.
- Analyze GHG emissions data monthly and prepare yearly submissions for third-party verification.
- Report on Corporate Environmental Performance Management (CEPM) and align with Net Zero and Renewable Energy targets.
2. Corporate Environmental & Sustainability Initiatives:
- Track and report environmental indicators such as power, water, and waste consumption.
- Develop gap analyses and enhancement plans to improve eco-efficiency and recycling rates.
- Support corporate audits and sustainability projects, and environmental goal tracking.
3. Data Monitoring & Automation Development:
- Integrate facility monitoring systems into the Maintenance Management System (IFMS Dashboard).
- Develop automated preventive maintenance schedules and inventory tracking.
- Oversee daily monitoring logs and production support using SharePoint for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
- Proven experience in Energy Management, Environmental Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility reporting.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as BMS, SharePoint, and digital metering systems.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in maintenance management systems and facility monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NEA and PUB compliance standards.
- Prior experience with the National Environment Agency (NEA) will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO50001, GHG Protocol, and other sustainability frameworks will be an advantage.
