Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts 
• Ensure accurate and timely management and statutory reporting.
• AR functions - 3rd party, intercompany invoicing, posting onto AR module, collections, revenue and receivable reporting, billing matters.
• AP functions - manage payment processing of suppliers, 3rd party and inter-company invoices, billing, verify and process monthly employee expenses claims.
• Prepare quarterly GST submission reporting.
• Month end closing management report
• Full set of book-keeping for a few corporate entities, prepare journals, schedules, intercompany reconciliations, monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Prepare financial statements and schedules for statutory audit or tax purpose.
• Participate in yearly budgets and forecasts exercise.
• Liaising with internal departments, bankers, auditors & other authorities

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in full-set accounts in any industry
