Senior Marketing Executive (CRM) - #1090170

Responsibilities:

• Brand campaign planning and execution
• CRM communication management (EDM / notification / app banner creation and blast)
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors on CRM system including the design, processes, performance tracking, QA and ROI reporting
• Assist in driving brand profitability, tracking and ensuring brand performance and returns
• Evaluates and analyses campaign results and presents recommendations for changes in brand strategies
• Identify key focus groups for public relations cultivation
• Ensure brand compliance in all communication materials

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of branding or CRM experience in the F&B / retail industry.
