Material Master Data Executive (GC/SW) - #1090167

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Master Data Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our material master data. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity across our systems, supporting business operations, and enabling efficient decision-making processes.

Job Description: 

• Create, update, and maintain material master data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and supply chain, to gather and validate material data requirements.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze reports to support business processes and decision-making.
• Train and support end-users on data management best practices and system usage.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in material master data management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with specific experience in SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data issues.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
