Logistics Assistant - #1090141

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing logistic processes, identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the processes are seamlessly integrated  and aligned with other business functions
• Ensure policies and procedures are update to date and align with industry best practices and legal requirements
• Research and analyze information, providing the management team with strategic insights and propose inputs to maintain market competitiveness and support business goals
• Responsible for quality control and continuous improvement
• Mange operations and process efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide support to the team in preparing daily reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and distribution tracking.
• Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or related studies
• Having a year of experience in the supply chain industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in office productivity software
• Experience in warehouse operation 
• Good project management skills
