Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, including the management of employee records, processing leave requests, and overseeing the coordination of onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Handle staff claims, reimbursements and timesheets
- Draft and prepare employment verification letters and other official documentation as requested by employees
- Responsible for managing work pass-related processes and foreign worker matters, including overseeing the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes while ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Handle medical insurance and work injury claims
- Manage dormitory-related matters, including overseeing accommodation arrangements, and addressing any issues or concerns related to the dormitory facilities for employees
- Resolve employee relation issues
Requirements
- Preferably Fresh Graduates/Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.
- Willing to learn and keep abreast of HR developments.
- Possess good writing & communication skills with ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office
