Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out Talent acquisition activities to fulfil the organization's end to end recruitment needs.
• Ensure all necessary HR documentation are captured & stored accurately in a timely manner.
• Responsible to administer and execute day to day HR operations, to ensure daily processes & operational requests are attended to.
• Assist the Payroll team where necessary.
• Ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks as assigned by HRM/HOD.

Requirement:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as a HR generalist or recruiter (Recruitment, Payroll, Work Passes).
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Prior recruitment or payroll experience is very advantageous.
• Experience with WPOL/EPOL systems.
• Experience in construction or retail industry will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
