Providing support in the following:

• Windows system administration, including PowerShell scripting, system hardening, patching etc.
• Linux (SuSE and Redhat) system administration, including shell scripting, system hardening, patching etc.
• Virtualisation (VMware) administration, including provision of resources, hardening, patching etc.
• Knowledge in Security Remediation process (vulnerability assessment and patch management)
• Basic knowledge of the following:
• Storage technology and Storage area network
• Infrastructure troubleshooting (server, network and etc)
• Commercial Clouds (AWS, Azure and GCP)
• Dockers, Containers and Kubernetes Platform operations and administrations
• Server Anti-Virus Software and Patch Management Software
• Databases such as MS SQL, DB2 and etc
