Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform Quantity take-off for tender of projects.
- To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for the tender project including
- Handle pre and post contract administration
- Assist with evaluation of tender, analyses costing for tender submission, and preparation of tender documents.
- Liaise with Project Manager/designated staff to evaluate and certify completed work and arrange for payment.
- Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims.
- Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress of claim submission and payment.
- Project administration and documentation including preparation of sub-contract, procurement, variations and ensure timely submission of progress claim and final account.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
