Marketing Executive - #1090129

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to revolutionise the fashion footwear industry and expand the DMK brand to the global community. You will be given the opportunities to lead, create and execute the marketing, communications, stakeholders’ engagement and brand strategies aligned with DMK’s branding in a customer-centric way. 

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

• Plan, formulate, and execute DMK’s overall marketing strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Drive marketing direction with the Creative Development Team through performance marketing analysis to create assets aligned with the audience and brand strategy

Sales and Performance Marketing

• Focus on increasing sales for the TikTok shop and e-commerce platforms through performance marketing.
• Boost TikTok shop sales via livestreams (DMK and KOLs), affiliate marketing, and advertisements, while ensuring healthy store ratings.
• Implement ads on platforms such as TikTok, Google (SEO and SEM), Facebook, Instagram, and Klaviyo in alignment with growth strategy.
• Use data and analytical tools to constantly evaluate and improve the performance of marketing campaigns, including TikTok livestreams, Facebook and Instagram ads, and Google SEO and SEM.

Customer Targeting and CRM:

• Identify and segment target customers, implementing effective CRM strategies to increase customer base and improve customer lifetime value.
• Build and optimize plans to enhance both online and offline traffic and CRM using tools like SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo.

Creative and Community Engagement:

• Brainstorm and execute innovative activation strategies to improve community engagement and touch points based on data insights.
• Conduct industry research and create insights on leading companies, key issues, fashion trends, keywords, and policies.
• Commission and leverage new shopper research and data/insights to invent and optimize solutions, translating insights into integrated programs.

Team Management and Reporting:

• Oversee team members handling DMK’s social media accounts for performance marketing consistency.
• Analyze reports and communicate findings with the creative team to drive improvements weekly and monthly.
• Supervise and mentor interns, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Past experience working in a fast growing consumer company, with an interest in e-commerce and fashion
• Highly creative with experience in running digital and offline campaigns
• Proficient in Excel or SQL and/or similar data analytics tools
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong understanding of data and consumer insights
