We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to inform our creative strategies and business decisions. You will play a critical role in understanding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning, contributing to the overall growth of our consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research including competitive landscape and consumer sentiment, developing consulting methodology, drafting questionnaires, analyzing data, interpreting and reporting the results.
- Assist in proposal preparation based on preliminary data gained from client discovery and interaction and in-depth research.
- Coordinate with and support internal teams to ensure timely and accurate integration of insight into strategies.
- Design and analyze A/B multivariate tests.
- Analyze and interpret data sets to support marketing strategy and provide actionable insights to stakeholders and optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
- Keep abreast of standards and developments within the consulting scene to stay informed and ahead of competition.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Statistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing research analyst role.
- Strong logical thinking, understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, tableau).
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Bing Ads).
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
