We're looking to add a Technician, Production in Univac, Woodlands.

As a Technician, Production, You will:

• Install mold on machine according to work order specifications 
• Responsible for molding machine set up including ancillary equipment as related to the molding process 
• Performs all the function and responsibilities of a material handler 
• Performs mold changes 
• Set up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal and trimming 
• Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner 
• Responsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds and tooling 
• Responsible for the continuous operation of production equipment
• Responsible for backup in the absence of the material handler
• Responsible for housekeeping of the shop floor
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company goals and objectives 
• Any other responsibilities assigned by superior to meet company objective

What skills and experiences are we looking for :

•  Technical Education or engineering related
• Must have experience and knowledge of proper operation of manufacturing and material handling equipment.
• Preferably a minimum of 1-year hands-on working experience in injection molding with hands-on experience in scientific molding methods and experience in handling & troubleshooting of molds prefered (Fresh graduates can be considered as on the job training will be provided)
