- Has preferably Conventional Turning Machine and Precision Engineering background
- Has relevant experience in the metal fabrication, semi-conductor industry
- Able to interpret Mechanical Drawing
- Set-up individual tools for machine operation in Conventional Turning Machine
- Work according to the production plan and to maintain operation efficiency
- Carry out in process measurements and to maintain product quality
- Monitor process/machines and troubleshoot/report any deviations to respective personnels
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work place according to company 5S Policy
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions
