We're looking to add a Technician, Facility in Univac, Woodlands.

As a Technician, Facility, You will:

• Conducts periodic maintenance and breakdown maintenance of facilities system.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, PCW, Air compressor, Fire protection system & electrical system.
• Perform schedule inspection to ensure the pest control process is effective.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• To inspect and supervise contractor’s work.
• To attend to complaint and feedback by user.
• To repair and upkeep of the building equipment.
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly equipment checklist.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties instructed by supervisor.

What skills and experiences are we looking for :

• Minimum 2 years hand on maintenance and repair experience.
• Able to perform overtime when required
• Ensure good working relationship with all staff
• Externally, liaise with vendors/contractors regarding maintenance issues
• Teamwork and co-operation 
• Possess Safety First mindset
