Our client is a global leader in HVAC control solutions, seeking a Regional Application Engineer to lead technical knowledge-sharing initiatives across regional teams. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert guidance and application support to customers and internal sales teams. Your expertise will ensure efficient, sustainable, and resilient solutions for data centers, driving business growth and industry innovation.

Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• Provide technical consultation, application support, and training to customers and internal teams.
• Support consulting engineers and project owners in selecting and specifying optimal solutions.
• Offer expert guidance on system design, control strategies, and performance optimization for data centers.
• Lead technical engagement in large-scale data center projects, ensuring seamless solution integration.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing initiatives and training sessions to enhance technical expertise across teams.
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, regulations, and technologies, identifying new opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, associations, and professional forums to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and engineering teams to support pre- and post-sales activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering 
• Familiar with project/ solution sales to data centers, with experience in technical consulting, system integration and data center operations
• Strong network with data center consultants, operators, and developers is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a structured and analytical approach.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time
