About the Role
This role is critical in expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth through marketing activities & strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing mutually beneficial relationships with key technology business partners through channel and marketing activities. You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a successful channel ecosystem and work closely with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners (e.g., IT Vendors, distributors, MSPs) aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Responsible for pursing new activities, opportunities and leads discovery through channel and marketing.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the client managers in enterprise and commercial team, ensuring successful achievements of goals and effective communicating of priorities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business development / channel execution.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each partner segment, including joint sales plans, incentives programs and marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business partners Channel & Alliance and Sales.
- Represent the Business Development channel in cross-departmental events and conferences, including sales and presales if necessary.
- Negotiate, manage and monitor partner agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions, products certifications with various business partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
