Responsibilities:

• Attend to helpdesk calls
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues
• Review system requirements to analyze and execute test cases.
• Create test results documentation for the software development team
• Perform archiving, data retention, and destruction.
• Server/database administration and maintenance.
• Perform technical data conversion.
• Maintain documentation for audit reports.
• Maintaining and update documentation of process flow.
• Create and extend existing operational documentation.
• Perform administrative duties such as monitoring system alarm logs and compiling statistical reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Level 1 troubleshooting experience will be an added advantage
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 6pm
• Location: Yishun
• Salary: up to $3000
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
