Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage contracts, including tendering and procurement processes.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget constraints.
• Conduct risk analysis and propose cost-saving strategies.
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost control.
• Handle valuations, payments, and final account settlements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
