1. Office Management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate repairs or maintenance. ensuring that workers have sufficient materials before dispatch - order if necessary
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
2. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for operations workers
3. Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
4. Administrative Support:
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and records.
5. Project Coordination:
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- submit invoices and completion reports after works
To be competent in this role, attention to details and prompt follow up is needed. 5.5 day work week.
Entry level welcome. Knowledge in construction or maintenance building works is preferred. Training will be provided. Verse in excel and ppt.
