Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve and exceed key performance targets.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment, and manage the return process efficiently.
• Optimize existing work processes and operations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standard procedures.
• Supervise stock-taking exercises and conduct random inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
• Handle store operations, including opening, closing, and managing daily sales banking activities.
• Plan and manage the store’s manpower effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in budget planning and contribute to financial goal setting.

Requirements:

• Min 1 years of retail supervisory experience
• Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented
• Required to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
