Role Overview:

As a SME relationship manager, you'll be tasked to provide a range of corporate financing products largely in property backed financing and factoring to a portfolio of small-medium-enterprises. 

Your specific responsibilities include:

• Service and foster relationships with existing accounts to increase utilization and reduce attrition
• Growing the revenue of your portfolio by originating new loans and maximizing utilization
• Sourcing new prospects to onboard new borrowing SME clients
• Conduct financial and qualitative analysis on companies

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player, pro-active, aggressive and result-oriented 
• Prior 3-4 years of experience in SME trade finance and property financing is required. Candidates with factoring experience will be preferred.
• Able to write effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
• Good credit and financial analysis skillset.
