The Role:

• Operate and maintain lapping and polishing machines for precision surface finishing.
• Assist with machine installation and conduct training for clients on proper usage.
• Interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy in process execution.
• Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and CMM for quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve process efficiency.
• Support the integration of Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC in automation processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and recommendations for process enhancements.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new technologies.

What Are We Looking For?

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in precision engineering, machine operation, or machinery servicing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and height gauges.
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC is an added advantage.
• Any experience with AutoCAD will be beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2
Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,000 + AWS + Bonus
