Head of Department of Finance/HR/Admin/Sales & Marketing

Duties/Responsibilities:

Your role will involve ensuring that your department meets its KPIs by effectively managing personnel, providing direction, and offering guidance to support their development and performance.

Education and Experience:

A relevant degree is required.
Eight years and above of progressive experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, perform in-depth analysis, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for dealing with a cross functional team
Demonstrated problem-solving and process improvement abilities to enhance efficiency and drive business success
Proven strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire teams toward achieving organizational goals
