Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Optical Retailer
• Position Title: Inventory Associate/Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator
• Working Location: Henderson Rd – Nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchase orders and invoicing efficiently.
• Receive, store, and issue goods in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports on inventory adjustments and damaged stock.
• Manage online orders and sales platforms.
• Liaise effectively with outlet staff and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in reconciling physical stock counts with system records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum O' Levels with at least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use VLOOKUP
• Candidates with experience in inventory management software will be advantageous
