Job Description

• Working Location: Tuas West (Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-move surveys and check cargo volumes at Japanese clients' residences or offices.
• Coordinate the provision and collection of packing materials and manage condo elevator bookings.
• Assist with cargo moving, joining packing crews for packing list arrangements and customer care.
• Arrange import/export documentation and ensure smooth communication with Japanese clients.
• Schedule and manage pick-ups/deliveries, explain moving regulations, and handle client inquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotations and invoices.
• Manage stock-taking and material purchases.
• Coordinate house removal packaging with moving crews.
• Plan and manage customer move schedules.
• Send weekly reports and handle job closures and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Operations during off-peak seasons for documentation processes.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/customer service related to move coordination.
• Fluent in Japanese and English; TOEIC score of 730+, to effectively serve Japanese clients.
• Ability to work on Saturdays, with off-in-lieu granted
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
