Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Steel Rolling and Fabrication
• Position Title: Accounts Executive cum Admin (2-months contract/URGENT)
• Working Location: Kian Teck Crescent (Nearest MRT – Pioneer)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,600
• Duration: 2-months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for the company.
• Oversee month-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Administer day-to-day operations of receipts and payments (Accounts Payable & Receivable functions).
• Familiarity with quarterly GST computation and submission.
• Prepare payroll, claims, expenses, and statutory contributions.
• Complete Employment Income documentation and claim government subsidies.
• Support purchase order processing and vehicle insurance management.
• Handle general administrative duties, including office maintenance, equipment, logistics, and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end account closing and income tax submissions.
• Implement and improve financial planning strategies to optimize company resources and financial stability.

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, LCCI, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Compulsory to have IFRS knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in both Malaysia and Singapore accounting is an advantage.
• Experience in import & export tax is a plus.
