KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead for managing subscription renewal of ECM TSS/CCTV Systems.
•  Liaise with customers, monitor and follow up
• Create and process purchase orders and invoices relating to subscription
• Sourcing for parts with external vendors and managing inventory as and when required for projects
• Co-ordinate with technicians & customers for trouble shooting. Prepare daily schedule of duties for technicians
• Attend to customer’s queries via various channels
• Create quotations for repair works, relocation, recalibration, upgrading works to be done. Generate Sales Orders for deliveries / ECM rental
• Arrangement for delivery & collection of ECM's. Handle incoming & outgoing shipment
• Any other Admin duties required

REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 2 years working experience in an admin environment
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks software
• Time management and think on your feet skills
• Detailed oriented and ability to multitask
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
