Maintenance Tech (repair/metal stamping/forming parts/production machines) VL80 - #1089999

• Attend to all the maintenance & repair job required and ensure successful completion.
• Perform preventive maintenance in all production machines.
• Report and identify any defect or faults found during preventive maintenance.
• Ensure timely diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of identified automation/ robotic system issue (both hardware and software)
• Perform routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters, prompt updating onto monitoring system to ensure operation are within control specifications, including setting u or calibration check.
• Prepare trouble report and be involved in work improvement projects.
• KPI of repair within 3 hours control and report MTTR duration.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on a variety of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules to maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.

Job Requirement:

• Educational: Minimum NTC 3 in Mechanical/Electrical Fitting/Electronic.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Knowledge Required: Working knowledge in stamping press machine .Safety awareness in handling machine as well as basic safety knowledge in factory.
• Skills Required: Good trouble shooting skills. Hands on skills in mechanical, electrical & electronic matters.
• Attributes Required : Physically strong, meticulous, honest, initiative, independent and good team player.
