Responsibilities:
- Implement talent acquisition processes and programs to drive effective recruitment
- Analyze talent movements and progression to improve talent retention and development
- Administration of recruitment (onboarding, orientation etc) and training related functions
- Participate in the review and implementation of policies, processes and procedures
- Manage internal communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of HR information
- Implement initiatives/ programs to enhance team building and employee engagement
- Support HR related surveys, market research and audit requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years in similar role
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis
- Good communication skills
- High learning agility and adaptability
- Meticulous and independent
