Job Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ, supplier selection, purchase order management, and contract execution.
• Ensure procurement activities align with batch manufacturing and supply chain requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with production needs.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement processes, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop procurement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow improvements.
• Support supply chain risk management by identifying alternative sources and mitigating disruptions.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure supplier compliance with technical specifications.
• Engage with finance teams to ensure timely payments and cost reporting.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for semiconductor, precision engineering, metal, and plastic commodities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize cost savings and supplier performance.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in semiconductor, precision engineering, or manufacturing industries.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing commodities in semiconductor, precision engineering, metal, and plastics industries.
• Understanding of batch manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, eager to learn new technologies and industry trends.
