Senior / Engineer (System Operation), Facilities Management (2 Year Contract)

The candidate reports to the Senior Manager, FM (Electrical & Building Technologies team) and assist in the planning and operations of the Integrated Control Centre (ICC) to support the premise facilities operate smoothly.
 

• Maintenance experience with Mechanical & Electrical systems and equipment
• Facilities operation management experience in mission-critical facilities

Responsibilities

• Integrated Control Centre (ICC) Operations: Oversee 24/7 operational readiness of essential M&E and building services.
• Service Recovery: Ensure prompt recovery from equipment and system breakdowns to minimize disruptions.
• Process Improvement: Implement and manage workflow enhancements for control centre operations.
• IBMS Management: Oversee and ensure operational efficiency of the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS).
• Reporting and Monitoring: Provide timely reports on:
  • Fault alarms
  • Water and energy utilization
  • Permit-To-Works
  • Dashboard updates (data visualization)
• Performance Audits: Monitor and audit performance standards of outsourced Managing Agent operations within ICC.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirement

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering, or Facilities Management
  • Engineer: 0-4 years of related experience
  • Senior Engineer: 5-6 years of related experience (or Diploma with at least 10 years)
• Trained and obtain certificate in Site Emergency Management or Incident management or Fire Incident in Workplace or equivalent will be an advantage
