About the role
This full-time Operations Executive (Healthcare Logistics) role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company client's warehousing, storage and distribution operations within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry. Based in the Choa Chu Kang West Region, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of healthcare logistics.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing and coordinating daily warehousing, storage and distribution activities to meet customer requirements
Monitoring inventory levels and stock movements to maintain optimal inventory control
Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of goods
Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
Providing administrative support and data analysis to support decision-making
Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar operations or logistics role, ideally within the healthcare industry
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Relevant diploma or degree qualification in logistics, supply chain or a related field
