About the Company:

The company is a Singapore-based company with more than 50 years of experience providing Supply Chain Management and Integrated Logistics Solutions to the Defence, Government, and Healthcare sectors. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies
• Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and efficient use of resources
• Maintain accurate records and reports of operations, including financial and administrative data
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner 

Qualifications:

• At least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management 
• Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
