Operations Analyst (Beginner / Bank) - #1089964

Location: Changi 

Contract Duration: 6 months (Renewal / Conversion depends on performance and the situation near the end of the contract)

Job Scope:

1. Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)
2. Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing
3. Perform daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments
4. Collaborate widely with internal stakeholders and ensure that their ITT/OTT payment related queries are timely addressed, and issues timely resolved.
5. Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in relevant fields
• Min. 1 year experience in banking (will be an added advantage) 
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel etc.)
