Test Technician (East / Shift / 5 days) - #1089963

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Test Technician to support our engineering team in various testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities. This role is essential in ensuring product quality and efficiency throughout our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers with testing procedures and related activities
• Configure and set up various product configurations as needed
• Conduct product testing, analyze failures, and troubleshoot issues; work closely with process and test engineers to enhance yield rates
• Participate actively in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
• Maintain accurate test tracking records and documentation
• Create, update, and train team members on work instructions
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and production runs
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, supporting implementation and maintenance

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Nitec or higher in Engineering
• Experience: 1-3 years in a testing and debugging environment
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills across all levels
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
• Open to shift work
• Solid understanding of testing methods and concepts
• Familiarity with programming and debugging is a plus
